We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.

 

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7-12 business days after your order ships. In total, most orders arrive within 8-15 business days from the date you place your order. Delivery can take longer during peak holiday periods or due to carrier delays.

 

Shipping rates

Orders with 2 or more items: free standard shipping.

Single-item orders: $4.95 flat rate.

The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Order tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us and we will look into it.

 

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
